Sutharyakeralam, one of the prestigious programmes of the Government is aimed at Hon. Chief Minister’s public grievance redressal. There are two components to the programme. One is the software enabled grievance redressal process and the second major part is the Hon. Chief Minister’s interactive programme through the broadcast mode. Grievances submitted at the Hon.Cheif Minister’s redressal cell are selected based on the importance and urgency of the grievance by the Information and Public Relations department. The grievances are presented before the Hon. Chief Minister in the weekly session through video or audio conferencing. Hon. Chief Minister responds to the grievance by giving directions to the concerned officer for prompt action. In the subsequent episodes, the action taken on redressing the grievance is aired.  The government to citizen initiative of the LDF government has been successful. Besides this, the programme also carries stories about the achievements of the government and important policy directions. .

The programme is telecast through Doordasrhan on all Sundays between 7.15pm to 8 pm; repeat telecast on Monday: 8pm

The radio programme is telecast throughout Kerala in AIR on all Sundays at 8.30 am.
