Software Engineering Team

This team as the name suggests takes up software development projects for various Governmental and non-governmental organizations and implements them applying the tools of Software Engineering technology. The main focus of the team is to function as a Total Solutions Provider in the implementation of IT schemes for the various organizations it undertakes. The services provided by the team also include implementation of DataWarehouse archives, which contain massive amount
  
of significant old data, which can be used for trend analysis. The team comprises of a group of software developers (Skill set includes OOPs using Java & C++, VB, VC, ASP, JavaScript, PHP etc.), designers (proficient in Flash, Swish, Adobe Photoshop,Animation pro, Paintshop, Macromedia, Dreamweaver etc.), hardware experts, network experts and training faculty.

The recent achievements of the team include:

. Digitisation and printing of Property documents using Digital  Image Printer(DIP)   in the Sub Registrar Offices all over  Kerala

. Digitisation of KSA Library and creation of e – books for the web portal of KSA  (Digital Library and Information System for KSA)

. PHL Suite - Computerisation of Public Health Laboratory

. Supply and Installation of hardware for the Directorate of DHS.

. Digitisation of KIRTADS Library and creation of e – books for the web portal of   KIRTADS (Digital Library and Information System for KIRTADS)

. An Open Office training programme for the staff of KSFE all over Kerala.

. Automating the various activities of Sarva Siksha Abhaiyan (SSA)

. An Online computerized licensing system for the Drugs Controller and Licensing   Authority.

. Computerisation of Kerala State Library Council

. Computerization of Kerala State Archives Department, Thiruvananthapuram

. A computerized system for the Vigilances & Anticorruption Bureau offices in   Kerala. A state wide on line network connecting 23 Unit Offices with the   Directorate.

· Automated Banking System (CAMS)
· Computerization of the Medical College Paying Counter, TVM. 
· Paithrukam 1.1, software for Digital Heritage Archiving for the Orintal
. Research qand Manuscript Library, University of Kerala
· Computerization of the Vigilance Tribunals in Kerala (ongoing)

· Digitization of Manuscripts in the ORI & Mss. Library, KU – Phase II.
· Web assisted Information Centers for the SC Department in 14 districts.
· Parliamentary Gateway Project of Dept of Parliamentary Affairs, GoK.
· Cyber Rani Chatbot for the State Science & Technology Museum.
· Development of a CD on Great Minds of India
