Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub: Arrangements for CEP/ACETCC/AITTC Examination in September 2007.

Please make the following arrangements for the Examination to be conducted at your Centre.

1. Please make necessary arrangements for the Practical Examination. The Aim, Algorithm, Flow Chart and Code of the Practical Examination shall be written on the Additional Sheets being provided for the same and forward it to C-DIT. For the theory examination, separate. Answer Sheets have to be used.

2. Please arrange tag and punching machine.

3. Please arrange cover of size 39x28 cm for returning the Used Answer Books and Additional sheets, Unused Answer Books and Additional Sheets, Attendance Sheets and Lab Marks. Separate cover is to be used for packing the items. Separate cover is to be used for different subjects also.

4. The Answer Books of the Examination of a day are to be returned to
the State Co-ordinator (CEP), C-DIT, Chithranjali Hills, Thiruvallom P. O, Thiruvananthapuram - 695 027 on the same day itself, through Professional Couriers or by Registered Post.

5. Examiners will be arranged, by C-DIT for conducting the Examination. However the Examination shall not be delayed due to non-arrival of Examiners. That is, the Centres have to wait only up to the stipulated time of commencement of Examination. If the Examiner from C-DIT has not arrived on time, the Centre can open the Question Paper cover and start the Examination. In that case, the Centre has to send a written communication to C-DIT intimating the same.

6. Question Papers will be sent though courier in a separate cover, showing the Name of the Course and Subject. They shall be opened at the time of Examination only.

7. Write the date of the examination at the spaces provided.

8. It is seen that Application Form for Admission, DDs and other letters are sent in the same cover containing the Answer Books by some of the Centres. It will not be permitted. Answer Books shall be sent in a separate cover.
